JUNE PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Now that hurricane season is here, please take the time to take a look at your trees and, if necessary, make arrangements to have them cut back properly for everyone’s protection. There are too many trees in the community that need immediate attention. Remember, if a tree damages your house or your neighbor’s, it is your responsibility.

Thank you to everyone who has complied and sent in their pet information. Please remember, Palm Beach County ordinances 4-9, 4-10, and 4-11 state regulations regarding waste, shots, and licensing. Failure to abide by these could result in citations from Animal Control and/or fines from the HOA. All dogs need to be licensed. It’s not enough to just have their shots.

Concerning bulk pickup, please note the number to call is 561-697-2700. They highly recommend that you call prior to Saturday, pick up day, and let them know you need a pickup, so they have room in the truck. The limit is 3 items.

The Iguana man comes every Tuesday and Thursday. If you see him trying to enter the pool area, it is because there was a sighting. Please introduce yourself and let him in at the gate. We are trying to control the iguana population.

There are quite a few residents who are not receiving Alerts from Hampton Lakes. Please let me know if you did not receive the alert regarding the spa being closed sent on May 26th. It is important to keep your information up to date in case of an emergency.

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE IS NO SMOKING AT THE POOL DECK. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS ADHERE TO OUR COMMUNITY RULES.

Warm Regards,

JO KENNING
