JANUARY PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

As we wrap up the holidays, I hope everyone had a safe and memorable holiday and wish all in Hampton Lakes a very Happy New Year.

There seem to be some issues with the front gate and pressing the nine for your guests to gain entrance. Please press the 9 hard and if it does not work, press and hold the 9 until the phone disconnects.

Please respect your neighbors landscaping and flowers and DO NOT help yourself to them. People spend a lot of money making their landscaping look good and their foliage belongs to them not you. This goes for all the flowers on common ground too. We spend money trying to make the community look good, if you need fresh flowers plant some or go buy some.

As this is my final President’s message, it has been a pleasure serving on the board for the last two years and I know we have had our differences but it’s not for lack of trying. I wish the new board come January 19th a smooth transition. I will be away at a family gathering and not able to attend the Annual Meeting but feel confident it will run smoothly.

Warm Regards,
Jo
